True to the title, this is a collection of countless success stories from mostly people who had started out financially challenged and otherwise as average Joe. Most of achievers in this book related their experience based on real estate investments, which they accumulate eventually to generate enough positive cash flow to retire. Or as the quadrant rule, they moved from the rat race to the fast track.
For some people, this book might provide the inspiration they needed to become interested in advance their financial being. Reading the first few stories might be interesting, but reading the entire book, with most stories filled with similar trend and information, I became bored middle way. If you can get inspired from reading other people successes, then this is a book for you, otherwise read other rich dad book to get much more detailed advices.
Here are some juices.
The quadrant: draw a square, then draw two lines to form 4 equal squares within. The right side is labeled as E and S, stand for Employee and Small business owners, left side labeled as B and I, stand for Big Business with generally 500 plus employees and Investors. The left side is referred to rat race and right side as fast track. If you are to achieve financial freedom, then you need to transition yourself from rat race to fast track.
In this book, time after time, people mentioned about using Rich Dad Cash Flow 101 game had helped them to realize what and how they needed to achieve financial freedom.
