Sandy Botkin is a former IRS attorney, ESQ., CPA, and recently the new hot seller on taxes. His clear illustration and detail tax information are evidences of his extensive experience and knowledge. I found the information oin his first book “Lower Your Taxes – Big Time” useful and inspiring, so I promptly ordered this one.
Following the same style as “Lower Your Taxes,” instead of tax advices on owning businesses, this book focuses tax reductions on your residential real estate and rental properties. He covered pretty much everything on how to maximize your tax deductions using your real estate properties. So if you own a house or have some rental properties, go buy this book to make you at least look smart. Remember from his last book, it is what’s done during the tax year that is more important than what you file on the paper.
